American Police Force, which has been affiliated with Blackwater, have set up shop in Hardin Montana. They are a private police force made up of foreign troops and led by a Serbian national with several alias' currently named Michael Hilton who has spent time in prison for such things as Grand Theft and Fraud. They are taking over the 2 year old prison that has been vacant since it's creation and have moved hundreds of men into the small economically depressed town of Hardin, Montana. Some reports are in that this is happening in several towns across the country.
According to Prisonplanet.com: A caller to the Alex Jones Show today said that he called Blackwater, who told him that American Police Force were illegally using their material and logos and that they were considering taking legal action against the paramilitary organization currently conducting law enforcement duties in Hardin, Montana.
Prisonplanet reported earlier that APF claims that it runs the U.S. Training Center, which is publicly controlled by Blackwater, now known as “Xe”.
This invasion has been done in spite of the Montana constitution which states that no person or persons may act as law enforcement without the authorization of the state. This group is a private army that has been accused of atrocities in Iraq and other areas and has NO AUTHORIZATION from the state of Montana. These are the Blackshirts, Brownshirts and SS of America.
This is it! This is the unconstitutional power grab that many people have been expecting. So what is to be done? The very first thing is to call and shout to your representatives and tell them we want them out! We want them out of Hardin Montana, out of America and that we will never tolerate private armies that include foreign troops running rough shot over us. The phone lines should be jammed, the (Vichy) media should be called and the light of day needs to be spotlighted on these people, nothing but full disbandment should be tolerated. If that doesn't happen, other methods need to be employed immediately.

The fundamental problem with prisons being taken over by the private sector is that then the correctional system is for profit. The system then has a vested interest in keeping a person incarcerated. More prisoners means more money. They have no interest in letting people go and more than that they then have a motive to even go so far as to trump up charges to keep the prison filled to capacity.... follow the money.
Small wonder that you find a criminal element at the head of an organization like the "American Police Force". These people need to be run out of town on a rail. However, one would wonder if the real authorities can resist the lure of all that filthy lucre.
The scary thing is that Blackwater is not "just" a prison set up. Blackwater is like the new blackshirts...a private army not accountable to the people. This is a terrible precedent and needs to be squashed.

hmmm . . . well, a good friend of mine works for Blackwater and knows the owner personally. My company has done a lot of work for Blackwater. The owner is an American Patriot.
Blackwater is being sued for all kinds of things including mass murder. I don't think that qualifies for patriot status.
It is unconstitutional to act as law enforcement without state approval in Montana (ie NO PRIVATE ARMIES). And this guy who is in charge is a felon.

Blackwater is a private contracting military company (mercenary hired killers!) who do not answer to the American People. They take no oath of office and do not swear to uphold the US Constitution. The owner of Blackwater, btw, is nothing but a crook, and is NO patriot!!! How anyone could be so misguided as to think he was one, is beyond comprehension. Brainwashed!
