OK, I have to tell you that I have found two new gadgets, two new tools, and two new weapons in the war against fat. As I have mentioned in previous hubs, and as many of you can relate to, I have a continuing, never-ending, exhausting war against the scale. I am constantly on the lookout for ways to control my weight. My personal battlefield has been in the area of calorie control because I love food, I love going out to eat, I love staying in to eat, I eat when I’m sad, when I’m happy and when I’m bored.
